Overall, it is clear that a major alteration has happened in the future, the most noticeable alteration is on the cark park which transformed into a new building.

In terms of the north side, while the car parks which located at the northeast and northwest will be removed and changed into a café on the north-west and hotel & restaurant on the north-east, cinema that is located in the north center will remain the same.

By contrast, the council offices will replace the exhibition building on the southwest side. An underground library will be introduced in order to replace council offices in the previous maps. Townhall construction will be moved upward and the previous place will be replaced as a townhall underground car park. In the east side of the plans, shopping centre will remain the same, while exhibition building is going to replaced library building.
