The map illustrates the current layout of a village and the ideas for its future development.

The plan is to substitute two parking lots with one underground car park below the town hall, combine exhibition and shopping centre moving council office to exhibition’s old space, build a hotel and a restaurant, add a cafe in the beginning of North Avenue, and move underground library on the top surface.

North Avenue will now provide people enterteiment, food place, as well as a place to stay if needed. Underground parking will allow to build a new cafe and a hotel on North avenue. Victori Avenue will be slightly busier then before, but it will benefit business owners on that avenue. Smith Street will present hotel and a restaurant together with spopping centre and exhibition. Office council will be recolated to the front of Hight Street, which will look prectige. Underground library will be moved the to top surface level motivating peole to expand their knowledge field.

In conclusion, the updated plan will benefit the city and its population.
