The image contains two maps labeled 1990 and 2000 respectively, with a compass pointing North on the upper left corner. The 1990 map depicts a town with a railway station to the northeast, a hospital to the north, a school to the northwest and scattered residential houses throughout. A river flows from the west side branching south and east, bisecting the town; one bridge crosses over the river towards the hospital. There are three parking areas represented, one near the railway station, another by the school, and a third by the hospital. The 2000 map shows a more developed area with additional buildings. Notably, a supermarket appears southwest, a factory southeast, and the addition of an airport to the south, with a two-way bridge connecting over the river. The number of residential houses has increased, parking areas are larger, and there's a noticeably larger railway station with more tracks. The river now only has one branch flowing south.
Given the complexity of the image, the above description may not be entirely accurate.

The map illustrates the difference between the town of Tennyson in 1990 and nowadays.
Overall, there are a few noticeable changes such as new supermarket, a factory, railway and modern buildings instead of old buildings and parks.
First of all, there are two more multistory buildings and big supermarket, which have built on the place of the old small houses in the south-west part of the map. Secondly, near with them has built a new railway track. And above, on the north-west side, there are two big and one small modern multistory houses near the lake.
On another bank there are a new factory, which has built instead of park/wild and it is also near with new railway track. Some old houses near with this factory are removed, but a litle above, in the middle of the map, there are four new small (probably private-sector) houses. And regarding the North-East side of the map there are also few significant changes such as airport near with school and two more compact houses in front of the hospital.
