In 1995, the layout characterized by a primary fishing port that reflecting city’s economic source in the southern part and close to the fishing port, a block of fish market that consisting eight shops was placed in a continuous row, locating in periphery of seaview road. Across the fish market, 5 shops were situated along the street. Notably, there were large farmland and forest Park which located at the right northern quadrant, generating a fresh natural air circulating around the city, these timber parts contributed to city’s appeal. Moving to the western side, a complex of housing constructed beside jesper street, in proximity, couple of residential houses constructed aligned the street. Lastly, a solitary hotel stood up facing to a café, suggesting a convenient and strategic area. In the present, the original fishing port has been transformed into a shipping port, while the previous fish market has been replaced to modernized apartments, the similar alteration was showed in shops that upgraded to restaurants. Subsequently, on the western part, the previous residential houses have been expanded massively. The farmland and forest park have been converted to golf and tennis court, it has reduced in size as well, reflecting growing preference in sporting activities in the city. The hotel and café managed to retained its existence, along with a replenishment of parking area for the hotel
