In 1930, most of area covered by farmland along the main road. When heading down to the south , there was five house in both left and right. . On the west including two shops and one post office between three houses to the north and two house to the south . On the east had one primary school and massive garden which incluse large house inside . After passed all the buildinf there were farmland .
In 2010, the nighborhood had introduce a development with some noticeable changes , Firstly, the number of houses on the main road was increased and farmland got replaced by many houses along the ways . Furthermore, the shop was took out and replaced by the two new street on the west and east side that seperated from the main road . On the east there was eight houses and on the west side had six houses . The primary school which constructed opporsit side of the post office getting bigger than before . Along the way to the south there are only houses which had one roundabout connected ton the min road and the garden got replaced by retirement houses . Finally , there was no any farm land left in the neighberhood of Stokeford .
