In general, the town has experienced significant modernization with the increasing number of residential and a large house transform to retirement home.
Delving into the details, in 1986, there was a river that flowed from the north-east to the south-west sides, and through the town, there was one side road. On both sides of the way, there were some homes with small shops. Next to the shops, there was a post office. Although the town of Denham was small and underdeveloped, it had a primary school where had a chance for children to gain knowledge. Just next to the school, there was a large house with gardens. The town was surrounded by farmlands.
However, the town has modernized remarkably after many redevelopments. The farmlands and small shops are demolished, making terrain for new construction of more houses which provide residents with housing amenities, by erection of new two rounds and a roundabout. Moreover, the primary school has expanded with the introduction of two new buildings. Additionally, the garden is located in the large house was demolished, and the large house was transformed to the nursing house. Where the elderly can relax until the end of their lives.
