The maps compare the developments in the town of lynnfield between in 1936 and 2007.

Overall, there has many changes in the city of lynnfield which was notable such as River, Government offices,farm land and cycle path has changed.

According to the maps, in 1936, there was a river in the northern side of the area. By 2007, it was modified into a Residential area. In the year of 2007 Government offices and farmland developed into a museum and a golf course. In the west side of the area there were three trees, two of them were cut by the society in the year of 2007. In the southern side there was a Cycle path, which improved into a road in 2007.

On the other hand, there was a sweet shop and a Butcher in the middle of the city had been removed and a Supermarket was made in the same place. There was a space in the middle,in 2007,there was built a shopping centre. From 1936 to 2007, there had a flower shop and Travel agent had been added in the same place. However, post office,Bank and Library was static.
