Overall, the civic center will undergo significant redevelopment, with several buildings being relocated and new entertainment facilities will be introduced. Notably, the general layout will remain unchanged, and the car parks will be moved underground
Starting with the present layout of the center, the area is encircled with public facilities. Two car parks are situated in the northern corners of the center. The large building between carparking areas is intended for cinema. Moreover, on the other side of the center, exhibition, council offices and town hall are alternately situated.
Along the eastern corner of the civic center, there was shopping mall and library.
However, proposed following a complete makeover, the place will be transformed into a residential area, with many facilities. The car parks will be replaced underground on the other side opposite to town hall. Consequently, café and a hotel with a restaurant will be constructed in place of the two squares. Cinema remains untouched. In addition, the council offices are set to be relocated to the area eurrently occupied by the exhibition center, while this center will be rebuilt on the site of the Library.
