In the place where the courts are located now, new staff parking and canteen will be built instead. As for the rest, the sports building and the football pitch remain in the eastern part of the map. A new science building will be built in the area where the canteen has been located. A car park with 200 spaces has been located in the north. There was one green area to the west and two smaller areas to the east. By 2026, car parking areas will be reduced to 150 spaces, and two small green areas will be removed and replaced by a single larger green space in the west.
The main road remains the same, also the parking with 150 spaces and staff parking will be connected by an O-shape road. In addition, to the south of the tennis courts a small parking with 10 spaces will be added.
