The two maps illustrate an industrial area in the town of Norbiton, it’s present form and planned future renovations.
Overall, Norbiton which is now a manufacturing zone will later be converted into a residential locality with further developments.
At present Norbiton is mostly covered by factories. To the west there is small city and the north portion is occupied by farmlands alongside to which a river flows. To the centre there is a roundabout.
According to the discussed proposal, many of the manufacturing units will be replaced by houses New shops, medical centers, playground, school, will be added.A roundabout is being planned at the centre of the southern road.The City portion remains the same.The agricultural land will be reduced and there is new bridge from south to the north.
