Looking from an overall perspective, the city has experienced a gradual shift within 24 years. It is evident that few facilities were replaced and some of them were constructed; however, there was not major landscape alterations made.
In 2000 the north part of the city had only a single dock, just below the public beach. In a today’s map an extra dock was added, which is now filling an empty spot in the harbour. Lightly north of the docks, the was a marina for private yachts, shower and toilets and car parks that was merged with a main road. The only change that has been done in this part of the city is that the marina was replaced with fishing boats.
In the southwest section just below, the marina which has been relocated stands near by a car park that does not been altered and new shower and toilets. In the eastern a castle was supersede with a hotel which is connected with a road and adjacent to new lifeboats and cafes.
