The maps show the planned future developments of an industrial area in the town of Norbiton.
Right now as it is, the area lacks of basic facilities, even if it is full of factory buildings. For the future, the river is supposed to have a huge impact on the area, integratating it as a real component of the site. All the factories will be replaced with actual housing, surrounded by all the facilities needed for the society. Firstly, a school wil be built, in order for kids to have access to education, as well as a nearby playground.
Close by there will be located a medical center and, furthermore, the other side of the street will be reserved for shops. The initial farmland, which was on the north of the river, will be moved to the east side, just in front of the playground. The only thing left untouched is the position of the town, which will still be on the west side of the urban area.
Overall, the structure will become way complex and advanced, with all the innovations, it will be a proper industrialized site.
