The two given maps illustrate a good number of alterations which have occurred in university campuses from 2006 till now.
In general, although some features have remained the same, others have been changed significantly, with more infrastructure to meet the needs for education and entertainment.
Regarding education, Some buildings in 2006 have been removed to make rooms for new ones to cater for student’s education. In the Northeast of the university, the Teaching block for Arts and Science is demolished, and the Arts building is constructed in the same area nowadays. Besides, the University office is replaced by a Science building in the North of this campus.
Moreover, there are some new buildings for living and entertainment. Today, the student accommodations are erected behind the olds in the Northwest. However, shops and restaurants were constructed for entertainment in 2006 in the Southeast relocated to create more living space for students. These places are extended and repurposed into Student facilities-shops offices in Southwest nowaday. Moreover, the lakes and trees have been untouched throughout the period. The only difference is that the lawn and seating in the center of campus are removed in the present day.
