The two diagrams show the main changes in the shopping mall at present and in the future.

Overall, the shopping mall will be transformed from an entertainment destination into a shopping destination, with more retail-focused shops being introduced, and some facilities will be removed. In addition, core retail will be retained but expanded, and the layout will be more structured.

Regarding the internal layout, the present mall has shopping areas and leisure facilities, such as a play area, a cafe, a noodle shop, and cinemas. However, in the planned development, these areas will be removed and replaced by retail shops, such as shoe stores, a cosmetics store, a gift store, and a beauty salon. The supermarket will be retained at the same location, while the department store will be expanded. In addition, an information centre will be introduced, and the layout of the building will be more structured.

Looking at the external layout, the current mall is surrounded by green spaces to the east, and a car park, whereas a fitness centre is located to the south. In contrast, in the planned development, the green space will be eliminated to expand the main building. In addition, the car park will be expanded, while the fitness centre will be removed.
