Overall, this town was transformed from an industral empty area into modern touristic town with many developed places such as cinema, park and swimming pool.
To begin with, in 1950 the east part of the town consisted of a large sea, car park and grassland, being a desolate place. By contrast, in 2007 there were significant changes and there were built many apartments along the coast, many shops along the road and many houses on the previous grassland.
The western side of the town has also seen substengal development. The previous place of an industrial area has replace into shops and multi-storey car park. Also, there have built swimming pool and park for tourists near the previous industral area. The large cinema has built across the big road on the grassland where were no buildings in a year 1950.
