Looking at the maps, there will be some significant developments on two sides of the building. At present, there are two grassy areas in the end of the eastward and westward. However, in the future, the one at the left-hand will be substituted by the Outdoor Seating Area and the other will be converted into a Meeting Area, which will include the WCs, which will be removed to the top right-hand corner, and the Coffee Machine positioned midway between the Storeroom and WCs.
The space in the rough middle also has some dramatic changes. The building now has 4 small offices next to the westward grass field, and there will be two bigger offices in this place, with the entrance will be relocated to the midpoint between the two new offices. Furthermore, the Kitchen and Canteen will be demised and repurposed, to become the other two offices. Moreover, the Storeroom is the only area that remains unchanged over time.
