At the first glance, it can be seen that the industrial area was totally transformed.
The map data clearly shows that there were a lot of factories near the river and some of them were at the another side of the road in 1996. They were removed, and new block flats are built. There did not use to be restaurants with tables and chairs at the west of the town, they are built instead of factories on the waterfront.
