The image shows two maps of Pebbleton, comparing layouts from 20 years ago and the present. In both maps, the lighthouse and River are stationary. 20 years ago: a cafe existed next to the lighthouse, a fish market by the seafront, a fair in the northern quadrant, houses along Old Fort Road, one playing field adjacent to the river, a road marked as Coastal Road, and a school at the southern edge. Currently: the cafe is replaced by flats, the fair is gone, a supermarket and parking replace the old houses on Upper Road, a hotel on the central block, a old-fort where the northern houses were, the playing field remains, Coastal Road is unchanged, and the school remains at the same location.
Given the complexity of the image, the above description may not be entirely accurate.

The illustration displays pebbleton condition of today and before 20 years.
Overall, there is slight changes even after the huge gap. The old fort in the western side is completely converted into children’s playground and film studio into flats where as schools, playing field, lighthouse, old fort road remain untouched during the period.
At the first glance, coming from the western side a small roundabout can been seen with three roads access from it. A lot of trees are around the area which lies in the river side and a school is built between the trees. After that crossing from the old fort road a large playing field is located and the new tennis court is built. Number of houses have been increases in today’s pebbleton and a new community centre can been seen there as well. One more playing ground constructed in the place of old fort. The way to reach to school were only one 20 years ago where as a new bridge is built to reach school and the other area are remain same after 20 years.
