Looking more closely, from the West to the East of the ground floor, there are no changes in some shops and stores, namely Temporary Exhibition, Bookshop, Sculpture in the center of the floor, Early European Art, Middle European Art and Asian Art. However, the Café shop, its area has been smaller as next to it, a toilet has been built there.
The most noticeably is the courtyard in the northern side of the museum ground floor, it has been completely demolished, and there has been three different areas being constructed there named Children artschool, Australian Aboriginal Art and Australian Art.
