Dear Sir,

I am writing in regard to provide feedback for an annual Eid party that you organized at my place last year. I really enjoyed the ambience. It was well organised and the food was delicious. However, after the audience left the place was not clean. For example, dustbins were overloaded. The decoration was not removed properly by the team.

for the upcoming festival, I expect the trash to be disposed properly. You should bring big dustin which can easily accomended the trash. In addition, Ask your team to take the decoration completely.

Moreover, last time it was hard to find a team member in the crowd, therefore I would suggest to consider the uniforms. This would make easier for the people to identify them in the large crowd.
