The bar chart illustrate the percentage of employment of men and women of age 60 to 64 in four diffrent countries in 1970 and 2020. Overall it is seen that in both years more mens are employed than women in all countries.
In 1970 the employment rate of men in Belgium was nearly 80 but in contrast the percentage employment occupied by women are in low sixteys. In the same way the percentage of employment crowded by men in USA was 85 percent which was slightly decreased to 78 percent in 2020. On the other hand, the women employment in USA was 78 percent in 1970 but in 2020 it was declined to 40 percent.
Similarly, in Japan the employment rate of men was 75 percent which was fallen in 2020 to 60 percent but on the other hand the employment percentage of women in Japan was quite stable and maintained near fifties in both 1970 and 2020. Lastly, the employment indosia wa majorly filled by men the percentage in 1970 was 85 percent while its droped to 65 percent in 2020. In the same fashion percentage of women employment was 65 percent in 1970 which also sharply decreased in 2020 to 45 percent.
In conclusion in two diffrent study years overall employment ratio was quite changed in four countries for both men and womwn of age 60 to 64.
