The illustration depicts how plastic bottles are converted into clothes in detailed steps.
Looking from an overall perspective, it can be readily apparent that the process involves many steps of recycling plastic bottles, commencing from collecting the plastic bottle from the rubbish and closing with the manufacturing of products of clothes.
The production begins with plastic bottles, which are from classified trash bins and carefully selected by staff specializing in waste classification. Then, they are loaded into specialized garbage trucks and transported to the factory. These plastic bottles are sorted by hand at the recycling center. In the next stage, they are compressed tightly to form square blocks and crushed into small pieces. These are washed in a tank containing water.
A further step is the modification of reusing material. The plastic blocks are put into the special machine and grind up the pellets. Subsequently, the pellets are heated in fire for the purpose of creating form raw materials. This can be used in the prefabricate of product going from plastic bottle to clothes and boxes. Their items will be recycled by themselves and the cycle starts over again.
