The diagrams illustrate how to create clothes from recycled plastic bottles.
Overall, the process comprises a number of steps, from collecting used plastic bottles, through several sorting, compressing, crushing and heating stages, to producing a variety of products.
At the beginning of the process, used plastic bottles are collected, after which they are loaded onto trunks and transported to the factory. Then these bottles are checked and sorted to make sure that they are qualified for the production, with those being ineligible would be removed. Subsequently, the qualified plastic bottles are compressed into square blocks before being ground into small pieces by means of a crusher, and then these plastic pieces are dropped into big tanks to wash away the dirties and impurities on them.
The process continue with the pellets being produced by plastic pieces by a specialized machine, with the next step involving heating pellets under the high temperature to vaporize the steam so that raw material is formed. At the final stage of the process, raw material is consumed to create various products such as: clothes, bottles, handbags and so on. This process repeats all over again.
