The diagram illustrates the process of turning plastic bottles into clothes. Overall, there are nine different stages in the procedure of clothes, beginning with collecting plastic bottles from the trash bins and ending with final products.
Initially, the process of clothe production commences with the workers collecting plastic bottles. The plastic bottles are then transported to recycling center by special vehicle, where employees sort the plastic manually, separating recyclable bottles from the non-recyclable ones. At the next stage, recyclable bottles are compressed into large blocks.
Following these five stages, plastic fragments go through a washing stage to remove any dirt or impurities. The clean pieces are then processed into plastic pellets. These plastic pellets are heated, in order to form a raw material. This material is shaped into long strips, which are later used to produce a variety of new items. The final products made from recycled plastic include bottles, T-shirts, bags, containers, and other plastic goods.
