Overall, it is evident that the principal development to the area was the construction of a hydroelectric jam along with river. Various other developments with regard to hotel, electric towers, and fishing.
Looking at the pictures, we can see that in 1990 the area witnessed a massive change through the construction of a hydroelectric jam in the south side of the river. As a result, the river was extended from the west to the east and fishing could be done there. To the eastern side of the river, a hotel was built by replacing irrigated land and the village was replaced in the south-east corner to the area.
As for the remaining layout of the maps, by the construction of 1990, in the western side of the river, the forests and architecture were demolished after making the hydroelectric dam. Another noticeable development was the construction of five electric towers on the south-west corner to the area just adjacent to the hydroelectric dam.
