The maps illustrate the transformation of the conference centre from 2010 to 2025. Overall, the conference centre has remained intact in size, with more facilities to serve more people.
With regard to the layout of the centre in 2010, it could be accessed from the car park next to the garden on the right-hand side of the map. On the left of the car park was the reception area for check-in and the huge area for gardening below. The reception area was located in the corner, surrounded by 2 rooms and a hall on the top left-hand corner of the map.
In the current design, the car park was reconstructed to be smaller and was moved to the bottom right-hand corner of the map to make room for the bigger garden and a new residence hall, combining 20 rooms. Next to the car park, while the reception has remained unchanged, there have been massive changes in the garden. The canteen and kitchen room have been built in the middle of a new It centre and meeting rooms. Moreover, the recreational area, including a new game and music room, has been erected on the right-hand side of the garden, next to the car park. In addition, the hall has been broadened and 2 rooms have the old design.
