Overall, while the location of the entrance and the gadren did not change considerably, new facilities, such as fountains, WC, shops, a restaurant have been introduced to the museum building. However, most of these changes came at the cost of the permanent exhibition rooms that was previously present in 1998 on the left side.
In 1998, a garden without additional facilities was located in front of the entrance/exit zone. Right on the left side from entrance, the small temporary exhibition room was situated adjacent to the huge permanent exhibition space, with a little cafe near it. On the left side from the exit, there were a small shop in a close proximity to WC and “Bags and Coats”, with huge exhibition halls.
Over the 10-year period, the museum has undegone a major transformation. The first noticeable update was a construction of the fontain and the cafe sitting area in the garden. Moreover, the temporary exhibition room on the left side was enlarged significantly, and the new rastaurant was built nearby. Furtermore, both shops were replaced from the right to the left side right to the entrance. In terms of the right side, the majority of the territory contained the permanent exhibition area.
