The image displays two diagrams comparing Shiphaven's layout in 1995 and 2010: In 1995, from the left, a forest, a residential house, and a hotel occupy the top row, with a factory by the riverbank below; a car, 30 mph speed limit sign, and a bridge stand on a road in the center, flanked by two rows of shops; a school with sports fields and scattered trees occupy the bottom left corner. In 2010, starting from the left, a forest remains unchanged, a new apartment building and a new car park replace the house and hotel, and the factory is replaced by restaurants; the road now features a bike path and 10 mph speed limit sign, still with a bridge, but only the right row of shops remains; the school and sports fields are unchanged, while new apartments now occupy the previously vacant area beside the river.
Given the complexity of the image, the above description may not be entirely accurate.
