In the present, there are two meeting rooms which located opposite to the big hall. There is also a garden by the hall which serves to add natural beauty to the conference center. Meanwhile, toilets, reception and cafe are built next to each other in a row, and only the door of reception room is facing the road. Moving on to the car park, there is only a single way out.
The ideal conference hall after renovation in the future will consist of three meeting rooms, but the space is narrower compared to the initial ones. The location originally featuring a coffee shop will be transformed into a fitness center. By minimizing the space of the hall, the cafe will take the place next to it and it will be coupled with a kitchen. The garden, toilets and reception counter will be remained in the future while the car park will appear to have a new route, which is predicted to efficiently reduce traffic congestion during peak hours.
