The pictures illustrate the evolution of the university sports center since 2007.
Overall, the elimination of a temporary teaching hut and tennis court has created space for the establishment of a squash court, first aid, clinic, lab, running track and 2 storeyed teaching facilities following the modifications. Additionally, the other features – a football pitch, swimming pool and teaching facilities – remained largely unchanged, with only minor adjustments.
In 2007, the area had limited public amenities. As soon as visitors entered the sports center, they would face the temporary teaching hut at the bottom. The football pitch with a grass could be found at the top boundary of the map. There was the swimming pool in the middle, with the teaching facility to the right and tennis court at the bottom.
Up till now, the sports center has transformed into a visitor-friendly and vibrant location, offering medical facilities. The first aid, clinic, lab and 2 storeyed teaching facilities have been introduced, resulting in the disappearance of the temporary teaching hall. Where the tennis court once stood, the squash court has been constructed adjacent to which the swimming pool and teaching facilities are located. To cater to more people, the football pitch has been converted into the location which is ready in all weather, while the running track has been added nearby.
