The pie chart displays the proportion of energy sources – natural gas, coal, nuclear power, hydroelectric, wind, solar, and biomass – used by a country in the north of America in 2020. Units are measured in percentage.
Overall, it is clear that natural gas was the most significant energy source by far in the country. Followed by nuclear power and coal, both energy sources showed a big proportion, whilst the other four energy sources remained the lowest. What stands out is that the biggest energy source in the country was natural gas, accounted for 40%. Coal made up twenty five percent, in contrast to approximately a quarter of the energy sources used. On the other hand, nuclear power compromised fifteen percent of the energy sources usage.
However, the remaining energy sources which is biomass, solar, wind, and hydroelectric remained stable. The four energy sources showed a same amount, accounted for five percent of the energy sources used.
