The pie chart illustrates the distribution of products sold through the internet in four regions: Asia-Pacific, Europe, north America, and the rest of the world in 2020.
Overall, the largest distribution was for Asia-Pacific region, while the smallest percentage was for rest of world. Other two regions showed almost the same proportions of online retail sales.
The Asia-Pacific region made up the biggest proportion of online sales among all geographical areas with more than half, whereas the rest of the world accounted for the lowest percentage of the internet purchases at only 4% .
Europe and North America recorded similar figures. The figure was less than half the figure for Asia-Pacific, which made up 23%, while North America formed 19% of total.
