The charts compare the percentage of prisoners in both genders in the UK while the bar chart represents the main reasons of arresting these people over the period 5 years starting from 2015.
Overall, it is clearly seen that men had a tendency to commit a crime more rather than women in the UK and the major reasons was observed in public intoxication in both male and female over the period.
As to pie charts, the number of female arrested were the lowest one at 9% and 91% of the women were not arrested. There was the highest number of men were arrested with 32 % while the rate for not arrested males composed 68%.
Regarding bar chart, Public Intoxication was the most common reason by both genders however the rate for female was higher compared to males with under 40% and just over 30% respectively. The lowest and same figures were observed by female in breaking and entering, and theft with around 12 %. Theft commited by male was higher than female by 2 %. Around 18% of men arrested for breaking and entering. There was the similar figure in other types of crime around 18% among both genders. 22% of men arrested for driving after drinking while the rate for female composed 14% . The second highest figure was shown in assault for women while men contributed to 4% less.
