Both pie charts experienced a comparasion of amount of individuals with different graduation degrees and professions who worked in an engineering company in 1980 and 2008.

Overall, two professions which first degree arts and science was decreased over the period. Moreover, PhD science, Masters arts, PhD arts showed an upward trend, whereas, masters science saw stabilized.

According to pie charts, PhD science showed the highest peaked in this graph. It was started 13%. Then percentages of people amount almost doubled and boosted by 16%.
