Two pie charts provides the information on the proportion of the people with variety of different degrees and professions that worked in engenering compnay in the span of the 3 decades.

Overall, the most noticeable changes are significant downfall in PHD science and first degree arts ,as well as slight increase in PHD arts and Master arts, other noticeable is Master of Science that stayed the same over time, the most unique is master of arts that stayed the same over decades, all the other variables have experienced insignificant fluctuations with limited number of persentages ,such as master of arts or phd arts.

PHD science has skyrocketed form only 13 percent in 1980 to 30 percent in 2008 making it the only variable experienced such growth. The opposite of PHD science was the First degree arts that occupied 25 percent overall. However, by the 2008 the percentage has fallen.

Master science is the most distinguishing variable that stayed the same over the 3 decades. Allt he other variables have experienced insignificant increase such as Master of arts just by 1 percent, and PHD arts by 12 percent
