Looking from an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that both pie charts detail the average of oil and coal dipped over 5 years (2008-2017). Also, other productions were significantly increased.
On the one hand, the percentage of oil slightly dropped to 4%. Similarly, coal decreased by 11% over the 5 years. Moreover, nuclear increased from 11% to 17% during the 9 years and the figure for gas was a mainly 1% increase by the end of the period.
Another significant change was the under-usage of renewables went up from 9% to 16% in the years. Therefore, other manufacturers were slightly growing by 3%.
