Overall, the traffics of all the social media platforms were observed an overall rise, except for Facebook, with Google+ witnessing the most dramatic change. In addition, fewest people used Pinterest during the time frame while the opposite was true for Facebook.

Meanwhile, that of Facebook significantly showed a significant drop by more than 20%, from 59% in 2011 to 38% in 2013.
Further initial examination of Twitter and Linkedln experienced a same trajectory. 21% of people used Twitter in 2011, which was roughly two times higher than Linkedln’s users. After two years, these experienced a moderate rise, a quarter for the former, thus becoming the second most premier position, and 15% for the latter.
