The two pie charts compare the most common advantages and disadvantages of Fairmont Island, based on a tourist survey with 8 different categories.
It is clear that the main advantage for visitors is the people, while the high cost of living is a significant drawback based on the survey.
Looking at the positive reviews first, as previously said, the people are the main advantage with 40%, and the second most positive thing is only 3 percentage points lower than the people, which is the scenery. Furthermore, visitors emphasised the culture and welcoming residents, which are at similar rates, 11% and 12% respectively.
In contrast, regarding negative feedback, the high cost of living is highlighted by 45% of the visitors. Moreover, one out of five people found the weather unfavourable, which is slightly lower than entertainment, at approximately 10%. Finally, food quality was found inadequate by some visitors; it only accounts for 5% of the pie chart.
