The charts give information about the most typical advantages and drawbacks of traveling to Fairmont Island that were based on a survey data. Overall, it is clear that the largest proportion of visitors valued interaction with local people and scenery of the island also had a similarity in high rating. However, cost of living is considered to be high and thus, most of the visitors viewed it negatively.
Looking at the advantages that Fairmont Island provides to its tourists, among the advantages, the percentage of interacting with citizens is 40%, making the figure the highest one among other beneficial factors and slightly higher than the scenery at about 37%. Furthermore, good accommodation and local culture of the island were less commonly mentioned, at 12% and 11% respectively.
On the other hand, there are also various drawbacks of the island according to people from overseas. Almost half of the percentage of common disadvantages belongs to high cost of living, at 45%, whereas, the percentage of another drawback which is entertainment is less than the former one ( 30%). In addition, the proportion of weather is only 20%, while the quality of food shows the smallest proportion of disadvantages which is only 5%.
