The charts below shows information on the place and kinds of dance classes young people in a town in Australia are currently participating. The first one concentrates on location of dance classes and second one illustrates types of dances by age of group.
Overall, most noticeably changes are in ballet classes, the amount of children under 11 it is totally more than the 11-16 ones. Which explains the interest among kids to the certain kind of dances is stronger than others. In diagram about location of dance classes there is a great amount of private studios rather than college-based studios. It means that the convenience in this kind of place is more appropriate for participants than the latter.
First chart shows that, there is 48% of private studios, 24% of school halls (after school), community halls and other 18% and last one is college-based studios is 10%. The large part takes approximately 50% of all chart and school halls is bigger in contrary to community halls. The littlest part takes studios that train in college.
Second chart gives information about number of students in each kind type of dance classes. Its children from only 11 and 11 between 16 ages. In modern there is 300 of dancer in the age of under 11 and around 500 at age of 11-16. In tap type of classes there is particularly similar amount of students.Under 11 years there is 410 of students and 440 in below 16 age students. In ballet its same as in modern, 300 participants in young group and 600 students in older group.
