Overall, there were a significant inclination of percentage in the owning of bulding and social housing, a slight declination in Community lease, and a steady graphic in Private lease between those two years.

In both years, The number of people who owned the building dominate the charts, there was a crucial inclination for around 10%, from 60% in 1991 to 70% people owned housing in 2007, which made owning the bulding was still popular over the years. On the other side, two sectors that related to the community were never really popular, with only 6% of people in 1991 and 2% in 2007 chose to be in a social housing, as well as only 23% in 1991 and 17% in 2017 reside in lease bulding. Furthermore, both numbers showed significant decrease.
