There are two pie charts given below to make a comparison between the the people owned their own house and those who lives in rented ones in UK from 1991 to 2007. It is important to have a home, because by owning it provide a sense of safety. While renting a house is also a good option but there are some drawbacks therefore, some people do not think it make them safe from any worst circumstances.
Initialy, by looking at the charts, if we compare both such as in 1991 there are total 22 million homes while, in 2007 these increase to 27 million to live in them. These homes are futher categorized into four categories such as; 60% in 1991 and 70% in 2007 population of the nation lives in their own homes moreover, 23% from them lives before and 17% after lives in social housing. In addition, 6% lives in before and 2% in the following years are provided with social housing. For instance, private renting value does not increase throught out the years.
To commence, mostly people prefer to live in there own house, rather then paying rent every month. They consider it budget friendly, more protected and reliable.
