In terms of expenditure made by the US on Vietnam, it spent highest on coffee about $23 million , while compared to lowest on garments and other items, which accounted for $2 million each. Furthermore, the US invested $16 million in food and vegetables, a substantial amount, though still less than investment in coffee. The amount spent on seafood and rice are nearly same ,with $4.4 and $4.3 millions respectively.
On the other hand, Vietnam made its highest expenditure of $72 million on aircraft parts , while lowest expenditure on cars about $6 million. Vietnam made a significant investment on both machinery equipment and fertilizers, with $30.5 and $16 million respectively
