The pie charts illustrate the exports of different products between the US and Vietnam.
Overall, the US generates more money from its exports compared to Vietnam. Notably, aircraft parts exported from the USA account for the highest revenue, while coffee exports from Vietnam to the US represent the highest share.
Looking specifically at the US’s exports, aircraft parts rank highest at an impressive $72 million, followed by “other” and machinery at $35 million and $30.5 million, respectively. Similarly, fertiliser accounts for $16.5 million of its exports for the US, which is similar to cotton exports at $12 million. However, cars generate the lowest revenue compared to other products: $6 million.
In terms of Vietnam’s exports, the coffee exports lead with $23 million. The export of fruit and vegetables follows, at $16 million. Likewise, the exports of seafood and rice account for $4.4 and $4.3 million, respectively. A similar pattern has been seen in the exports of garments and “other” products, each contributing $2 million.
