Overall, the percentage rate of English and French language declined throughout the years period while, the number of Non-official languages speakers increase.
In year 1996, the Canadian people spoke around more in English language about 60%, from the total of 100%, where only 17% are native French speakers who communicate in French language and 13%, a quarter of Non-official language speakers.
