The pie chart above illustrates how Canadian and Australian access the news through 5 different kind of mediums.

At a glance, it is seen that just over half Australian used online media to access news. On the other hand, in Canada television was chosen to be their favorite way of accessing the news.

Following the online media trend, around a third Australian used television to access the news. It should be noted that a small minority still used printed medium as their daily source of news. Only 2% of the population used radio, and the rest of them were not specified.
