Band 6+: The pie charts show the number of hours spent in a British university library by undergraduates, postgraduates, and the total student population.

I am given some pie charts showing propotion of students by their time spent in library.

Overall, talking about the proportion of all students, 15% of them spend from 1 to 7 hours, 27% of them spend from 8 to 14 hours, and the rest 58% spend 15 or more hours in library.

Judging by the second pie chart, I could say that undergraduates spend less time than other category students. 62% of them spend from 1 to 7 hours, 28% spend from 8 to 14 hours, and only 10% spend 15 or more in library.

On the other side, postgraduates, who are used to write researches or other scientific works, sit there a lot more often than other people. Only 17% of them spend from 1 to 7 hours, 32% spend from 8 to 14 hours, and the majority of them i.e., 51% spend 15 and more hours sitting in library for academic purposes!

To conclude the information I described, I would say that the libraries always have been an important place for students since ancient times.
