The pie charts illustrate how much time students spent in a British university library. The given students are divided into three categories which are undergraduates, postgraduates, and all students.
It is clear that a majority of students spent 1 to 7 hours in library while postgraduates spent more than 15 hours in university library and also all students preferred to use library quite significantly that undergraduates.
As regards the first, the least time spent in library, 1 to 7, was spent by a mere 17 per cent of postgraduates whereas almost two thirds of undergraduates and a half of all students used library.
Moreover, just above a quarter, 28 per cent, of undergraduates and just under one third, 32 per cent of postgraduates spent time, 8 to 14 hours in library. By contrast, above a third, 35 per cent, of all students spent more time in library compared with undergraduates and postgraduates.
Furthermore, the most number of hours spent in library, more than 15 hours spent by just over one half, 51 per cent, of postgraduates while a modest 15 per cent of all students and a mere 9 per cent of undergraduates used library.
