The two pie charts compare the percentages of water usage in the field of agriculture and the value of water in Australia for 2004.
Overall, it can be seen that vegetables use the greatest amount of water, whereas dandelion and rise consume the least water. Fruits produce the highest income, whilst the value of rise is the lowest one.
In detail, vegetables use most water and are nearly half of the total water usage. Fruits are the second one in terms of water usage with 28 percent and cereal with 12 per cent. Four times less is the water usage for both rice and dandelion, which have just 3 per cent.
Total income is the highest for fruits, which profit 40 per cent of the total. The second one are the vegetables which get 31 per cent of the total income. The value for both dandelion and lime is 8 per cent of the total value. The least income produces the rice with only one per cent.
