Looking from an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that the town has become more residential, accessible, and entertaining at the expense of empty places while school, playing field, roads, and lighthouse remained unchanged.
20 years in the past, in the northern part of the town, there were four houses. By now houses have doubled in order to improve the lifestyle of people and community centres have been constructed then old film studios have been converted to new flats. Tennis courts have been built adjacent to the playing field and an old ford was removed instead of a new children’s playground has been built. a bridge and footpath were established over the river to connect the school and tennis courts.
